Wednesday Night Dinner, Study & Kid’s Program
THIS WEEK, our menu for Wednesday Night Dinner is:
Baked Chicken, Rice and Gravy, Southern String Beans, Rolls, Spinach Salad, Dessert: Ice Cream Bar.
Our Wednesday night kids program also lets kindergarteners through 5th graders enjoy a fun, loving, Christ-centered atmosphere filled with Children’s devotion, games, crafts, songs and more. Childcare is available for our younger children.
2-Week Financial Stewardship Class
THE NUMBER ONE STRESS IN LIFE is financial. Continuing this Wednesday, September 11, Jason Witt will present ways to manage your money by budgeting and planning. It will include tips and tricks, budgeting styles and ways to include your faith in the process. We’ll meet in room 202 following Wednesday Night Dinner.
Advent Devotional Writers’ Sign Up
SIGN UPS FOR OUR 2019 ADVENT DEVOTIONAL are open now through October 31. The Advent Devotional signups are for anyone who would like to share their faith by writing a one-page reflection on one of our selected passages. The theme this year is “Faith, Hope & Love.” Visit epres.org/advent to sign up, we encourage you to participate this year. What a joy it is to share the love during Advent Season. Women’s Ministry
GAIN A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF “THE LORD’S PRAYER” during a 12-week study based on a DVD video series by Dr. R. Albert Mohler, Jr., president of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. SPUNKY SPIRITS BEGINS THIS THURSDAY, September 12 at 11AM in the Library. Spunky Spirits is open to all women who want to study the Bible, pray, and share a potluck luncheon. We meet the second Thursday of each month from September through May. Suzie Baur will be collecting donations for Hands of Hope, be sure to check the list to see what is needed. Sonflower Sisters
SONFLOWER SISTERS IS A FELLOWSHIP GROUP FOR GIRLS from kindergarten through 6th grade, and we are so excited for the start of our time together. We hope everyone had a wonderful summer and a great start to the school year. Please join us for our first meeting of the year to kick off this year’s theme, learning about women of the Bible this Friday, September 13 at 7PM in room 201.
