Wednesday Night Dinner, Study & Kid’s Program: September 18
THIS WEEK, our menu for Wednesday Night Dinner is:
Roast Pork Loin, Sweet Potatoes, Collard Greens, Green Jacket Salad, Biscuits with Butter and Fig Preserves and Cookies for dessert.
Our Wednesday night kids program also lets kindergarteners through 5th graders enjoy a fun, loving, Christ-centered atmosphere filled with Children’s devotion, games, crafts, songs and more. Childcare is available for our younger children.
Advent Devotional Writers’ Sign Up
SIGN UPS FOR OUR 2019 ADVENT DEVOTIONAL are open now through October 31. The Advent Devotional signups are for anyone who would like to share their faith by writing a one-page reflection on one of our selected passages. The theme this year is “Faith, Hope & Love.” Visit epres.org/advent to sign up, we encourage you to participate this year. What a joy it is to share the love during Advent Season. It will be here before you know it!
Church Wide Virtual Prayer Time
THE PRAYER TEAM established a weekly time of prayer and reflection for our church and covenant community. There is strength in numbers when praying together, so set your alarms and phones for every Thursday at 8PM to spend a few minutes in prayer for our church brothers and sisters, and our covenant community. Use the prayer list from the weekly bulletin and pray for those listed. Pull up the Thursday Morning Prayers email and pray intentionally for those listed. This is a wonderful way to start getting involved in the life of the church from your home. There is power in prayer and this intentional time weekly will get our church community in a good habit praying for each other as one voice.
Children’s Choir
CHILDREN’S CHOIR IS IN SEARCH OF A VOLUNTEERS to help lead, assist and direct our Children’s Choir this fall. Children’s choir meets once a week on Wednesday Nights from 6-6:30PM.
