The book of Isaiah reveals a great rescue plan, the plan of salvation. Though the world has gone disobedient, and is headed in the wrong direction, God has planned to plant his own son in creation to rescue it from within. This is the good news of Christmas. The plan has worked, Christ has come to rescue, and salvation is possible in him.
