Of all the major prophets of the Old Testament, one stands out as the most fascinating. One has had a hold on the imaginations of men from time immemorial. One has more fulfilled prophecies than any of the rest. In New Testament prophecy, this man is referred to more than any other. His name is Daniel. Join us as we launch into a rich study of the life and message of this Old Testament prophet.

Led by Rev. Hubie Mann

Have you ever been confused or struggled to understand something that you read in the Bible?  Guess what…you’re NOT alone!  The Bible contains many different types of writing (such as History, Epistles, Narrative, Law, Prophecy, Poetry, etc.) and there are different principles of interpretation that apply to each type of writing.  In this class, we’ll focus upon understanding the meaning of the Poetic and Wisdom Books in the Bible (like Psalms and Proverbs) by applying those principles to some of the most beloved passages and “sayings” in the Old Testament.

Led by Terri Mann and Eric Horton

Marriage can be great … but how would your marriage flourish if you focused on something even greater?  Utilizing the video series “You and Me Forever” by Francis and Lisa Chan, this class is intended to help you experience God in a new way in both your marriage and family by:

  • Equipping you to pursue a marriage that radiates God’s glory
  • Motivating you to make courageous decisions based on devotion to Jesus

Showing you how living with an eternal lens sharpens your focus on the here and now

Led by Rick Sloss and Mark Shreiner

Do you have dear people in your life who don't have our Lord Jesus in their life?  You know in your heart that they need Him more than anything else in the world.  What does it take for these dear people to turn and come to our Lord?  In this class we'll talk about “turning stories” - both those in the Bible and those in the world - stories about people who God has turned and then they are turned. Join us and let's talk.

Do you have a favorite IRS agent?  Probably not.  But Jesus did.  His name was Matthew.  He was an apostle of Jesus and was with Jesus every step of the way.  He was methodical in his notetaking (as CPA’s are) and presents his findings in his Gospel. One of Matthew’s emphases was showing the fulfillment of Old Testament prophesies about the Messiah so we will be connecting a lot of the Old Testament prophesies with Matthew’s Gospel.  This class will meet for the entire year and there will be lots of discussion to relate this magnificent Gospel to our lives today.

Youth

The Youth Group meets in the Youth Room for Bible Study led by our Interim Youth Director, Lilli Preston.

Kids

Kids ages 5yo (by 9/30) through 5th grade can grow in their faith in a fun and safe environment after Wednesday Night Dinner.
